Nothing to migrate.
Nothing to replace.
Kasii is not a case management system, so it is not asking you to leave the one you have. It sits alongside it: reading what arrives, filling the file, and writing what has to go out to complete it.
Twenty minutes. Nothing to install, nothing to send us.
The systems it already talks to.
This is the whole list, and it is the list because each of these is something we can show you working in the meeting rather than describe. What is not here is not here yet.

A connection means Kasii can read matters out of that system and write back to it — notes, documents and where a matter has got to — so what it collects and drafts turns up where your team already works. How much of that is two-way depends on what the system itself allows, which is a twenty-minute conversation about the one you run.
Tell us what your firm runs. Which system we connect next is decided by what the firms we talk to actually use, so the answer to this question is the roadmap.
It starts on a channel you
already have.
The first day does not need an integration, a migration or an IT project. Kasii reads a channel your firm is already using, and it is working on real matters before anything is wired to your case system — which is also how you find out whether it is any good without committing to anything.

It goes alongside what you run, not on top of it.
The objection this page exists to answer is “so we would be replacing what we already have”. You would not. Here is exactly what that means.
We are not a case management system
Kasii does not hold your matters, your calendar or your billing. It reads what arrives, files each thing on the right matter, checks the file against what that work needs, and writes what has to go out. Your case system keeps doing what it does.
Nothing migrates
There is no import, no cutover weekend and no period where half your work lives in two places. Kasii starts on one channel and spreads as you decide it is worth it.
Your team stays where they are
The people who work in your case system carry on working in it. What changes is what is already in there when they open a matter — and that the thing nobody asked for has already been asked for.
What firms ask about connecting it.
What do I have to connect before Kasii is useful?
Nothing. Kasii starts on a channel you already have — a mailbox, a shared drive, the number your clients already text — and reads real matters from day one. Connecting your case system comes later and makes it better; it is not what makes it work.
You don't connect to the system we run. What then?
Tell us which one. A new connector on this substrate is a manifest, an adapter and a line of registration, and the list of what we build next is decided by which systems the firms we talk to actually run. We would rather hear it from you than guess it from a competitor's website.
Does Kasii write back into our case system?
Where the system allows it, yes — notes, tasks, documents and the stage a matter has reached, depending on what that system exposes. Some are two-way and some can only be written to, so it is worth twenty minutes on the one you run rather than a yes or no here.
Does anything leave the firm to set this up?
No files have to. Kasii reads a channel you give it access to, and nothing is sent to us to get started — which is also why the first meeting is a walk through a matter that looks like yours rather than a request for ten of your own.
Tell us what your firm runs.
Twenty minutes on how work comes into your firm today, where files stall, and what we'd set up first — including whether the system you run is one we already read.
Nothing to install, nothing to connect, and none of your files leave your firm.
